ENHANCED ACCESS HUBS
We’ve set up five GP Access Hubs located in surgeries across Lambeth to give patients better access to GP services.
What are Lambeth GP Access hubs?
5 GP Access Hubs have been set up within GP surgeries across Lambeth to give patients better access to primary care services. The hubs are open extended hours from 3pm – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm weekends and bank holidays. This
service allows for patients book appointments out of hours when their usual
surgery service is closed. We offer a range of face to face and telephone
appointments across all 5 sites.
The access hubs are an extension to the services patients receive in their registered GP Practice. We share a single electronic patient record with the GP surgery where the patient is normally registered making it easier and safer for patients and clinicians alike. Patients can make hub appointments with GP’s, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists and Health Care Assistants.

All 41 GP surgeries in Lambeth are connected to the same IT network, meaning whichever doctor or clinician you see will be able to access and update your medical records.
Your medical records will only be shared between your practice and the hub if you have not actively opted out of data sharing. If you are unsure please speak to your registered GP.
